Sources & Corrections

Understand the evidence behind the directory and help identify information that needs checking.

Sources and their limits

Airport authorities are the primary reference for terminal layouts and transfer restrictions; airline or lounge-operator pages for locations, opening hours and facilities; and the operator or access provider for admission rules. These are source categories to use, not a claim that every current entry has already been checked.

Existing directory entries contain details without attached claim-level sources. Missing evidence is shown as not yet checked. External map references do not verify walking distances or terminal access. Traveller submissions are leads for research, not automatic factual corrections.

What a review date means

A review date should record when a named detail was actually compared with a named source or documented observation. It does not certify all details on that page. Checking opening hours does not check access eligibility or time to a gate. No review dates, author identities or firsthand experiences are assigned automatically.

Reporting and review

Use the form below to identify the page and explain the issue. Include an official source link in the message when available. A reply email is optional. The form stores your report for the site administrator; it does not send an email notification or alter lounge information.

An administrator must investigate the report, confirm its source and affected claim, and update the directory separately. Marking a submission reviewed is not a public verification badge. Only supported details should receive an actual source, review date and attribution.

Report inaccurate information

Reports are stored for administrator review. Do not include booking references, passports, payment details or other sensitive travel information.
